Autumn Crafting & Decoration

Come along for a relaxed and unplugged evening of crafting at the beautiful and cosy Elkstone tipi - The Elk.

Spend an evening making and creating in an informal group setting - perfect for reconnecting with friends or making new ones!

The theme of the evening will be Autumn, but it’s your choice what to make from the selection of materials that I will be providing. Maybe you’d like to create decor with a fun, Halloween-feel or perhaps you’d prefer more of a woodland, nature vibe - the choice is yours and I will provide samples and guidance for all options.

I love to host workshops, for both adults and children, and Gloucestershire has such a wealth of wonderful venues to host these. I’m excited to be at Elkstone for the first time and I hope that you can join me.

Previously, I have hosted workshops at Cheltenham Literature Festival, Dunkertons, John Lewis, Ritual Roasters, Hatchards, The Department of Hope, Joy & Wonder and New Brewery Arts.

Research has shown that crafting, regardless of the medium you use, can boost mood, improve self-confidence, and reduce stress. Crafting creates a situation very similar to that of meditation.  When engaged in a craft, you are focusing on the here and now.  You are able to switch off and forget about life (for one evening at least!)
