Stick mobility is a concept widely used in the USA, Middle East and Dubai. It has just launched in Gloucestershire with the aim of improving flexibility, strength and balance to help with joint stiffness, occupational work related pain and injury prevention.

Come and try a trial workshop to see how this could help you and your joints to age well.

Suitable from ages 18-98, any gender in an inclusive class led by a physiotherapist with 20 years experience.
