Crystal Tealight Holders

This workshop will get you in the mood for the cosy evenings of Autumn in the spectacular venue of The Elk Tipi at Elkstone Studios. We will be using an eco-resin called jesmonite to make a set of three tealight holders- they can be used as teeny plant pots too! I will bring along a whole host of things to include in your pots, you can add terrazzo chips, copper granules, sea shells and semi-precious stones.

Why not bring a friend and use the meanings of the semi-precious stones to create a really thoughtful gift or item for your home.

Here are some of the stones I will be bringing along:

Turquoise- connects you to the spiritual world, protection and purification

Rose Quartz- universal love, balance emotional health,

Amethyst- spiritual healing, calmness and wisdom

Lapis Lazuli- truth and friendship

Obsidian- clarity, drawing out stress and tension

Tiger Eye- confidence and courage

Green Aventurine- release old patterns, bring new growth

Choose from either hexagonal or round tealight moulds.

As with all crafting, there’s the potential for a bit of mess, so please bear that in mind when you choose your outfit for the evening.

You’ll go away with a goodie bag including all you need to sand and finish your pieces at home.

The Knead Bakery will be closed at this time of day, but there will be complimentary tea and coffee available at the Tipi.
