In this first workshop youwill dive into the FOLLICULAR SPRING SEASON.
Enjoy a carefully curated movement session with Movement Specialist Lottie Keble, leading into Reiki and Rhythm work with Soul Serenity, Sophie Spindler.
The Nurturing Mama will be providing snacks before an interactive make and takeaway session (please make us aware of any allergies in advance).
Next Women’s Health GP Dr Clare Cook will be on hand for hormonal Q&A and we close with our mindset Glow & Glimmer work.
