Padel Shift - Net Ninjas 8 - 11 years old

Our Net Ninjas will continue with key ABC skills, but will progress to padel specific skills with a mix of lighter balls and official padel balls. We will also use other relevant sports and movements to help them acquire some of the valuable skills for padel.
