We'll start the afternoon with a one hour Pilates session to strengthen, stretch and relax you - this is suitable for all ages and abilities, so please don't worry if you haven't done Pilates before.Following this we'll take a well deserved break for mulled wine (or non-alcohol mulled wine, teas and coffees) and delicious festive treats for you to enjoy around the Tipi's warming fire! Then it's time to get creative - you'll be shown how to make beautiful yarn Christmas tree decorations as well as paint your own mulled wine or hot chocolate glass - no experience necessary! If you wish, you'll also have the option to browse a range of handcrafted gifts from ElloCreations including jewellery, chopping boards and personalised items to purchase.All equipment for Pilates and materials for Christmas crafts will be provided but if you would like to bring your own mat please do.
