ABOUT
This retreat is designed to help gently reset your nervous syetm and offer much-needed respite for parents feeling overwhelmed or burnt outl. You'll leave feeling refreshed and restored, held within a supportive community of people who truly get it.
Itinerary
- Danielle, will begin with a gentle cacao ritual, using ceremonial cacao to help open the heart, slow the mind and ease you into a state of calm and connection.
- Lottie will then move you into learning some simple reflexology techniques and a gentle aromatherapy practice, using essential oils and self-massage to support the nervous system.
- Time to pause for a little break with some yummy treats and a moment to connect with each other.
- Sophie will guide you through a series of gentle breathwork exercises to help regulate the nervous syetm in times of stress, followed by a short, restorative guided meditation.
- Jo will then settle you into a beautiful sound bath, allowing you to fully relax and gently close our time together.
- Lottie will also be offering relaxing massages throughout to anyone who would like them.
